Shipping Method
We ship all orders with PostNL and provide them with a track & trace code, so you can easily follow your package. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Postage costs
Shipping costs in the Netherlands are €3.95 . Orders above €50,- are shipped for free in the Netherlands.

For other countries you will find the shipping costs in the table below.

Delivery time
After payment you will automatically receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. We have a maximum shipping time of 3 working days, but we do our utmost to send your order as soon as possible. As soon as we send your package you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

All orders are shipped via PostNL. Depending on the size of your order, we will package your order in a letterbox package or a PostNL package. Letterbox packages are delivered from Tuesday to Saturday and PostNL packages from Monday to Saturday.

At BAYU we make sure that you can pay safely and easily. We offer different payment methods, so you can always choose what suits you best.

iDEAL
With iDEAL you can pay the outstanding amount of your order directly, easily and safely. You pay in the trusted online payment environment of your own bank. iDEAL is supported by all Dutch banks. Immediately after payment, the debit will be visible in your own account overview.

Bancontact
Do you want to pay for an order from Belgium? Then you can select Bancontact on the payment page and pay directly and safely when you have a Belgian bank account and are affiliated with Bancontact. All major banks in Belgium are affiliated with Bancontact.

Credit card - VISA, Mastercard
Your payment will be processed immediately

Apple Pay & Google Pay
Pay super fast with your smartphone.

Gift card

We have different gift cards at BAYU. One to use in our store and two to use in our webshop. The product description of the gift cards clearly states where you can use which gift card.

You can enter the code you receive with the gift card for the webshop on the checkout page under "Discount code and gift card" and then use it by clicking on "Apply".

Discount code
Do you have a discount code? You can enter this code during checkout. Then click on 'apply' so that the discount is calculated.

• You can use one discount code per order.
• A discount code cannot be settled afterwards.
• Discount codes can only be used online and not in store.
• Discount codes cannot be used for gift vouchers and workshops

All prices shown include VAT.
