Warranty

You have a 2-month warranty on our products. The warranty starts on the date the product is purchased. Your right to warranty expires when:

  • The complaint is caused by incorrect use of parts or jewelry.
  • The products may release, discolour or become damaged after contact with liquid.
  • The products may rub off, discolour or become damaged due to the acidity of the skin.
  • The complaint is caused by natural wear and tear.
    (For example, the discoloration of gold plated jewelry)

If a product is broken, we ask you to send an email to info@bayu.nl . Please include your order number and a photo of the broken product and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Did you buy the product in the store? Then you can come to the store with your proof of purchase (the receipt) and we will look for a suitable solution together.

If you have a complaint about a product, you can send an email to info@bayu.nl . If the complaint is justified, we will ensure a quick and correct solution.

We will provide you with a response within 5 days.

If, against all expectations, you are unable to reach an agreement with us regarding your complaint, you can contact the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform .
