Returns

If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with a product, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. As soon as we have received the return shipment, you will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. Of course, this only applies if you return the entire order. In the case of a partial return, the shipping costs remain at your expense. The costs for returning from your address to the webshop are at your own expense and risk.

The products must actually arrive at our store. Of course, you can also drop them off at our store. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Receipt and refund
On the packing slip you can indicate which products are being returned by marking or checking them. Upon receipt of your return, we will check the return shipment. We will then refund the order amount due to the account with which payment was made within 14 days after your return has been received.

Damage and problems
If you have received damaged or incorrect products, the costs of returning are of course at our expense. You must report damaged or incorrectly delivered products to us within 3 days by sending an email to info@bayu.nl . Please state your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrectly delivered product and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Swap
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product. Would you like to receive a new product after your return? Then place a new order on our website.
