Can I also pick up my order in the store?
Yes, this is certainly possible! You can indicate this when placing your order. Our store can be found at Kerklaan 72a in Rijswijk.
I want to place an order under 5 euros, why is this not possible?
At BAYU there is a minimum order value of €5,-. Are you below this amount? Then it is unfortunately not possible to complete your order. Would you rather stay below €5,-? Then come to our store in Oud Rijswijk!
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Ordered the wrong item? Entered the wrong address? Contact us as soon as possible via info@bayu.nl.
We cannot guarantee anything, but we may still be able to make adjustments if your order has not yet been processed.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with IDEAL and Bancontact. IDEAL is supported by all Dutch banks. With a Belgian bank account you can use Bancontact.
How can I pay with a discount code?
Yay discount! On the checkout page you can add your discount code to "Discount code and gift card" and then click "Apply". You can only use one discount code per order.
How can I pay with a gift card?
We have different gift cards at BAYU. One to use in our store and two to use in our webshop. The product description of the gift cards clearly states where you can use which gift card.
You can enter the code you receive with the gift card for the webshop on the checkout page under "Discount code and gift card" and then use it by clicking on "Apply".
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs in the Netherlands are €3.95. Orders above €50,- are shipped for free in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs in Belgium are €6.95
Shipping costs in Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain are €9.95
Shipping costs in Austria are €10.95
Shipping costs in Ireland, Portugal are €12.95

How can I return my order?
Sorry you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Follow the steps below to return one or more products.
1. Place the products you wish to return in the original packaging, along with the packing slip. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. Once we have received your return, we will check the products and refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
How many days do I have to return products?
We hope you are happy with your purchase. Are you unexpectedly not satisfied? Then you have 14 days after receiving your order to return your package.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received your return, we will check the shipment. We will then refund the amount due to the account you paid with within 14 days.
Is it possible to exchange a product?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product. However, you can of course place a new order to receive your desired item!
Are there any products that I cannot return?
You cannot return our gift cards. Furthermore, you can return all products to us, provided they are in the same condition as when received and unworn.
How long is the warranty on your products?
You have a 2 month warranty on our products. The warranty starts on the date the product is purchased.
When does the warranty expire?
Your right to warranty expires when:
- The complaint is caused by incorrect use of parts or jewelry.
- The products may release, discolour or become damaged after contact with liquid.
- The products may rub off, discolour or become damaged due to the acidity of the skin.
- The complaint is caused by natural wear and tear, for example the discolouration of gold plated jewellery.
I received a damaged or incorrect product, what now?
How annoying! We will of course do our utmost to prevent this. Should it happen, please send an email to info@bayu.nl as soon as possible with a photo of the product in question. We will evaluate the problem and of course provide a suitable solution.
